I was unable to view and share resources when tried to access from a
workstation to another workstation. Both workstations are in difference
subnet. Both had a same workgroup name. It reply when i did a "ping".
Basically, can't see the computer icon in the "My Network Places".

I had a similar problem with a mixture of Win98 and Win2K computers.
Ensure that the Computer Browser service is started: Start, Run,
services.msc, look for Computer Browser and change to automatic. You
may have to do this on both/all computers. Also, I found that on the
Win98 machine my primary logon had to be Windows Network and my
username had to exist on both the Win2K and Win98 machines.
