Workflow Harness Executable DSL

When installing SBC DSL software on my new PC I get
a "Workflow Harness Executable error message. The program
needs to close. PLease tell Microsoft about the problem."
Does anyone know what I can do about this. Thanks

You need to speak to the manufacturer (or research their website) of the
"SBC DSL" software or do a google search on your error.
