Workbook won't open

I have a workbook that won't open. It contains a lot of
option buttons and some graphics. I have saved a series
of workbooks as the spreadsheet became more complex and
none of them will open. The workbooks opened for a while,
and then just stopped. The most recent workbook is just
over 2MB. I am at a loss. I have tried reloading both
Excel and Windows. No help.

Hi,

Just a hunch: clean out your WINDOWS\TEMP folder. Controls
in a workbook tend to cause temporary files in that dir,
that sometimes get corrupted.

Hi Jan,
Much to my surprize, I tried your suggestion and it
worked! I have hours and hours into that darn thing and I
owe you a big thank you, and perhaps a drink if you live
around the Seattle area.
