Workbook will not display properly

I have Excel 2000. Cannot open and view all pages of a
workbook that was created in a later version (2002 I
think) and e-mailed to me. Only the front page displays
with no "tabs". What must I do to make it display properly?

You'll have to ask the owner of the file to "Save As" in the older fil
type. I have issues like this all the time at work since I use 2002 a
home and 97 at work

Should not be a problem since 97 and 2002 use the same file structure -- the
only old file type is needed for those with 95

We use a multiple of 97, XP and 2003 on various computers and have no problems
with any of them opening other files
