I think I've stumbled upon a problem with Excel that seems to get worse
depending on how many user controls happen to reside within th
workbook. I have experienced this now on two separate PCs - esp. wit
one particular file that was on both PCs that happens to be chock-ful
of macros and user controls.
Basically, it takes an excrutiatingly long time to open and it'
terribly frustrating trying to do your job around this! Now, there ar
macros that run on startup, but for the longest time up until recently
this file didn't take long to load at all. It may have happened somewha
progressively, but it seemed to all of a sudden completely go into slo
motion and restarting the computer does nothing to deter this no
consistent issue! Please ... let there be someone out there who ca
help to shed some light my way
