Work Groups

I have just setup 2 workgroups. I have 2 computers on one workgroup and 3 on the other. How do I stop the computers on one work group accessing info from computers on the other work gropu

Ideally, put them on separate networks entirely.

Workgroups aren't secure, aren't designed to be. You can control who has
access to what using NTFS & share permissions, however.
