Work button added to toolbar

Hello Florence:

To delete a document from your Work Menu Pres Alt+Ctrl+Hyphen which will
invoke the ToolsCustomizeRemoveMenuShortCut command. Your mouse pointer will
then turn into a thick horizontal bar (a big minus sign). Use it to select
the document you want to delete and release the mouse. Your document will be
gone from the Work menu, although it will still be on your disk. BE CAREFUL
as this command will remove any command from any menu!
