WordPad not responding

Dear Madam or Sir,

I have a problem with WordPad Application, the problem is that I can't open
any text file with .txt extension or .tsv that is larger than 300-400 kb ,it
would cause the wordpad to hangup ,I thought it was my Windows version,I
tried it on other PC's but still face the same problem ,I have windows xp
professional SP2,please if any one can help with this ,I checked for a
solution in the intenet but got no result.

Dear Mary,
Thank you for your help,actually I know about that article ,the problem is
that I can't open files that are larger than 300-400kb in wordpad ,im a
vb.net developer i neededto open text files in order to read them in my
application it depends wheather the file can openedin wordpad ,the problem
occurs on every PC that I tried on.

Im so thankfull to you ,I downloaded one of the files and yes ,it worked ,it
opened the files so easily,so thanks alot
