wordpad does not translate PDF code to english.

I have downloaded from e-mail to my briefcase and when I try to print out in
notepad,wordpad or microsoft works 8.
all I see is computer code,pdf code anyway it is not English,any way to
fix this.

using Microsoft Access, the database application that is part of MS Office

As Rick B pointed out, this is the wrong forum for your question. But
.... are you trying to open a PDF file in notepad, wordpad, or MS Works?
That just won't work, because the PDF file format is completely
different. I would expect the plain text of an e-mail message to be
readable by those programs, but not a PDF.
