Word

After copying from a web page or E-mail I then try to
paste in a word document. All I get is a small red box. I
have tried all to open and print but don't know what I am
doing wrong. I can open in notepad directly.

Please help

What are you copying? It seems as though you have merely copied a link to
that web page and thus to display it Word needs to access the internet and
the page needs to be available. It works better is you save the content - eg
a picture - to your hard drive and then insert it.
