how do I bring all my files in one master file, like all the chapters of a
book in one file?
 
Master Documents work very badly if at all.

It's better to simply use Insert > File (different in Word2007) to
copy all the chapters into one file, being sure to insert a New Page
(or even New Right Page) Section Break before each one.
