Word write vb to delete templates from C root

I have a created a folder on the c drive called cleannorm
in the folder I have normal.dot
I need to write a vb to go to
C:\documents and settings\user name\application data\microsoft\templates
Delete all templates
then run Winword.exe

Any one know how to write this to work!! Any help will be appreciated!!
