Word wrapping in a text box.

T

Trent

I am trying to paste a picture in Word and have the text
wrap around it instead of just leaving a big space. I
have tried the wrapping funtion under Text Box in the
Format menu but this did not work. Any other suggestions?

It's not clear whether you're trying to (1) wrap text around a text box with
a picture in it or (2) wrap text in a text box around a picture. In either
case, you're headed in the wrong direction because:

1. You don't need to put the picture in a text box; it will float on its
own: just change the wrapping to anything other than "In Line with Text."

2. You can't have wrapped graphics in a text box; everything in a text box
has to be inline. And text in a text box will not wrap around a floating
graphic outside the text box, either.
