Word won't open

I recently received an apparently corrupted Word document and now I ca
neither open Word documents directly nor open Word itself. I hav
tried uninstalling and reinstalling Word to no avail. Any suggestions

try having a rummage around find normal.dot rename it normalold.dot the
restart word. A new normal will be created and your problem should b
over. Fingers crossed
