Word Tools / Customize menu

Does Word 2007 still have the Tools / Customize menu (like Word 2003)? I
can't find it.

If so, how do I invoke it in the 2007 version?

Office Button | Word Options | Customize. Or right-click on the QAT and
choose Customize Quick Access Toolbar...
