Word Text Boundaries

I can't seem to make the bottom text boundary less that .5 inches. I've set
footer to 0 and bottom margin to 0 but still have .5 inch bottom margin.
 
That likely means that the printer Word is set to use for that
document can't print closer than .5" from the edge. If that doesn't
matter, you could change the printer for that document to, say, a pdf
generator.
 
I tried several different printers and a PDF generator. When I display the
crop marks they define the edge .5" up and I have not been able to move them.
 
What is the setting for your footer margin (Layout tab of Page Setup)?
