Word Table to Excel Sheet

Each day, a customer sends me a Word doc with 20 pages of data in several
columns of a table. It's nice and orderly, but I live in Excel all day, and
would rather view the data there. I use Office 2000. Is there a quick way to
bring a Word table into an Excel sheet?
 
I swear....last time I tried this, it didn't work - columns got screwed up.
This time, it works. Maybe only on Wednesdays???
