How do I keep words separated by a / or, two words together so they continue
on the same line instead of wrapping?

To keep two consecutive words together put a non-breaking
space (on most installations, control-shift-space) between
them. In Find & Replace this is ^s.

Words separated by / (such as and/or) don't wrap on my
installation. Are you sure they do on yours?

Normally words separated only by a those characters will stay together on
the same line so I assume you also have spaces and Word is splitting at
them. Use hard (or "no-break" spaces instead - press Ctrl+Shift+Space to
input one.
