Word SINGLE header and footer

I have created a document template, and have my company letter head as the header, and a small amount of pre-formed text as the footer.

Everything has worked great, until I have done a letter that runs over to a second page. I then get two headers and two footers which is not what I want! I want to have a single header on the first page, and the footer to be on the last page!

Is this possible to correct?
