Word shut down

Hi LEST

How are you closing the document? Does Word close down if you do File >
Close?

If you are clicking on the X at the top of the screen, remember there are
two X buttons. The topmost button (aligned with the bar with the blue W
logo, the name of the document and "Microsoft Word") closes Word. The lower
button, aligned with the File, Edit, View etc menu just closes this
document.
