Word should let me save as a PDF

Word for Mac allows users to save docs as a PDF (I believe... pleaase don't
berate me if I am mistaken).... How do you do that in Word for PC????

You either buy/download third-party software or you wait until Office 12 is
released late next year.

Whilst MSFT pulls its finger out, you can use a freeware utility called
PDFCreator - http://sourceforge.net/projects/pdfcreator - which allows
you to "print" your document to the PDF format. It also allows you to
attribute metadata, although it won't let you build ToCs that work
properly in Acrobat.
You either buy/download third-party software or you wait until Office 12 is
released late next year.

Side note: It's not Word for Mac that lets you--it's the Mac operating
system, OS X. Any program on a Mac can save as PDF.
