Word should learn my abbreviations.

I would love it if I could teach word my shorthand so it could then
substitute the full word for the abbreviation automatically.
I suppose this would be the "find and replace" process, only streamlined!

For Example:
w/ = with
w/o = without
b/w = between
w/i = with in
w/h = with hold
etc...
