How do I stop a word from separating to the far right away from the previous
word
I ask this question previously but I could not access the answer provided.

I'm not sure I understand the issue. But, it sounds like you're using full
justification. Spacing between words and letters will expand to make the
right text margin even.

This can happen excessively in a short line of text that's being terminated
by Shift+Enter rather than plain Enter.

This can also happen excessively if hyphenation is not being used.

One solution is to use Left alignment rather than Justified. Unless you're
publishing books, magazines, or similar publications, justified text usually
isn't needed.

If the problem is just a single line of text, another solution is to use
Enter rather than Shift+Enter to terminated the line in question.

You might also investigate justification options in Word's compatibility
settings to see if a setting there is causing an issue for you.
