when i start a new document i go to search online for resume templates and it
says unable to connect to microsoft office online. then i have to go online
and download the template instead of it being right there when i search for
it. i do have the internet obviously and its all hooked up but it wont let me
do the search from the program
Do you have dial-up or broadband? If broadband, perhaps your firewall is
standing in Word's way. If dial-up, then you need to enable the DUN setting
to "Always connect when a connection is required" or some such wording.
