I am using Microsoft word as my e-mail editor for Microsoft Outlook; however outlook keeps poping up the error message of "Interface not recoginized". How can this be corrected?

you should direct this question to an OUTLOOK newsgroup. Be sure to mention the *version* of Outlook.
