I am writing a letter. I want to insert the recipient's address into the
letter.

How do I access Outlook to grab the address & insert it into my Word
document letter?

If Outlook is the default e-mail application you can insert address from the
Insert Address button on the standard toolbar.
If yuou want something more sophisticated see

Assuming that you are not using the Word 2007 beta, about which I know
nothing, then tools > customize > commands > insert > locate address book
and drag it to the toolbar.

In outlook 2007 as far as i can see the only way of doing this is to add
'insert address' in the quick access toolbar. Bizarre.

Thanks Bob seems Microsft have 'improved@ 2007 to the point that nothing is
easy to find, what else is lost in the new version!
