Word opens Access

You can't open (or even try to open) something you don't have. Why do you
think it's trying to open Access?
 
I am running Word 2007. When I open it, I get "Please wait while Windows
configures Microsoft Access 2007 SR-1 Runtime". Then I get "Error 1309. Error
reading from file: C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\ART\P Files\MS
Office\CONVTEXT.EXE. Verify that the file exists and that you can access it."
I click Cancel and Word runs.
