Word Macro Assistance

One of our users has Office 2002 and Word has Several Macros she has created.
We are now trying to assign Keyboard Shortcuts to each of the Macros. When we
execute the Keyboard Shortcuts, the macro inserts what it is supposed to but
it also minimizes the document every time the shortucts are used. Any help
would be great.
