Word locks up when doing print preview - what can I do to fix it?

I have Word 2002 w/ SP 3 and every time I hit the print preview button my
system locks up, sometimes I can use ctrl+alt+del to end the task otherwise
the system will reboot itself. It started last week, I haven't installed any
new applications.

I can't find anything helpful in the knowledge base.
Help!

Thank you, I did the printer driver, all the steps in troubleshooting
including reinstall & the print driver again - the it worked!!
