WORD IMAGE PROBLEM

A user cannot view images in word 2003 SP2 where as another user can? Its
coming up with a red X in the image box, i'm guessing its a setting Issue.

Could anyone help? Much appreciated.
 
Is the image embedded in the document or linked? If it is the latter, and
the image is not available on the users machine, that is what will happen.

Thanks for getting back to me.

It is an embedded image but the user created the Word document and it
doesn't show on her machine but if I open it, it works??

Very strange.
