Word "hot keys"

I am aware that it is possible to add Hot Keys for symbols and characters. I
would like to know if it possible to link a "hot key" to an entire sentece or
paragraph???
For example if I hit "ctrl" + "B" a whole sentence would appear...

What you probably need is AutoText; see
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Customization/AutoText.htm. You can assign
keyboard shortcuts to AutoText entries, but (a) I would definitely
discourage using Ctrl+B (which is the shortcut for Bold), and (b) with
AutoComplete enabled, you need only type the first four letters of the entry
name and press Enter.
