Word have a "reader" like Adobe?

Does Microsoft offer a "reader" that Gramma can use to
read Word documents?

Sorry Gramma..but if you have Microsoft Works on your pc you will be able to
read Word documents.
 
Wordpad (which comes with Windows) can open many Word documents. There
is also a free Word viewer available for download from
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=165908 "How to Obtain Microsoft Word
Viewers". The viewer for Windows 95 and NT also works in Windows 2000
and XP.
