Word Forms: User can't fill in

I created a Word Form in Word 2003. Most users can fill it in no problem. One
user opens the file and when he clicks any form field, he is returned to the
top of the document without any opportunity to fill in the field.

If there are macros in your form it is possible this person has macro
security set too high. Have them try going to Tools>Macro>Security... and on
the "Security Level" tab, select Medium. Click OK. Re-open the form. They
then should be asked if they want to accept/run the macros or not, to which
they would accept. However, if there are no macros, this may not be the
case. Let me know. Connie
