I have a word form. On this form i some questions. I want to lock the text
of the questions but still allow the user to enter text at some of the blank
spaces that i have left in between the questions. Also where there are blank
spaces to fill out I want to control the width of that and not allow the user
to enter more than a certain height or characters. so in short they can edit
those spaces but not expand. How do i do this?
