Word Form data to automatically update in other location.

We are creating forms in word and need to have data that
is input in one field automatically fill in at another
location. Any ideas? Thanks

Using formfields from the Forms toolbar, Word assigns a bookmark name to
each (like Text1). What you do is place your cursor where you want the
reference, click the "Insert" menu and select "Cross reference", click the
dropdown arrow and select "Bookmarks", highlight your bookmark to select it
and click "Insert". Double-click on your original text formfield to enter
the properties dialog box and click the "Calculate on exit" option. That
way when you TAB out of your protected formfield, all references to it will
update automatically!
