Word for Windows6.0

Am I correct in remembering that this is disabled because of a potential
security flaw.
On my previous laptop I had used a Registry change to enable it. I can't now
find the necessary info. to make the change on my new laptop.
Can anyone help?

Error message when you open a document file in Windows XP Service Pack 2:

You receive a "Cannot load Word for Windows 6.0 files" error message when you try to open a "What's new in Quicken" file on a computer:
