Word Document

Our office has a word document on word 2000 that when opened on the
secretary's computer has the correct formatting as it relates to page breaks
and indentations.

However when the document is opened on any other computer the formatting is
off. Pages start at the end of the previous page and so on. This happens on
computers that have either word 2000 or 2003.

Does anyone have any recommendations on how to have the formatting remain
the same regardless of where it is opened?
