each time I type in a word document, the computer automatically make the
first word in each line capitilazed. How do I turn this feature off?

Well, this is really a Word question and not an Outlook question and you
didn't state what version of Word you're using, however...

Have you looked at Tools | AutoCorrect Options?

It sounds to me that you may be entering a character return at the end of
each line. If so, you are making too much work for yourself. The text will
automatically wrap to the following line. If this is not the case, and you
really want a separate "paragraph" for each line, you will need to turn off
Capitalization in the options tab.
