Word document with Fields

I was sent this Word document with fields/boxes to type in data. I
cannot see those fields/boxes unless I go to print preview. How do I
get the form to show me these fields all the time so that I may enter
data? Thanks

Hi Eddie,

Click on Tools, Options, View
Where it says show field shading on the right hand side, make sure its set
to always. I have always found it helpful to have all my field codes show
grey. They won't print that way. Hope this was somewhat helpful.
