I need to create an electronic questionairre that can be
sent out and returned via Outlook Express. The people
that receive it may or may not have MS Word.

I have succeeded in creating a template that works as an
attachment when sent out, but you need MS Word. I have
not succeeded in making a form that retains the form
fields. I haven't been able to find any instructions for
this particular situation.

Does anybody know if there is a possible solution or am I
going in the wrong direction?

Thanks in advance.

G'day "Frank Wilson" <[email protected]>,

Your best bet is to do an old-fashioned email:

Q1: What is the colour of your dog?

Q2: Why is this so?

etc

and let them free-form edit their response. If you cant guarentee Word
at the other end, you cant use a proper online form. Of course, you
could whip up some HTML and scripting, but what a nightmare.
