When converting my word doc to PDF it increases in size from 32 KB to 1.48 MB
I have narrowed this down to the company logo which is a 10 KB gif image.
Cany anyone help me with why this happens and how I can get around it
Thanks in advance

Hi cantgetit,

The pdf file size is probably being affected by the graphics resolution and
compression settings you've got the pdf converter set to. Try adjusting
those to something more applicable to the intended output. For example,
anything above 300dpi is usually unnecessary, compression for any quality
level can dramatically reduce the file size, especially if you use something
less than maximum quality, and lowering the image quality often has no
visible consequences either.

Cheers
