Word - CTRL + P automatically prints - does not show box

When the user presses CTRL + P, it prints the document without opening the
Print Dialog box.

How do I get it to open the Print Dialog box?

Open Tools | Customize and click on Keyboard. Scroll to FilePrintDefault and
unassign Ctrl+P as the shortcut. Reassign it to FilePrint.

Hmm, neither do I! That being the case, I would suggest looking at Tools |
Macro | Macros to see if there is a FilePrint macro that may be running the
FilePrintDefault command.

FilePrintDefault is available under the "All Commands" category - but not
the "File" category.

but you could try ...

Press Ctrl+Alt+(numeric pad Plus)
Press Ctrl+P
The Customize Keyboard dialog should open with the assignment for Ctrl+P
(if it doesn't, just press Esc to resume normality)

Oops! Could have sworn I looked under All Commands! I thought it odd that it
would not be included.
