Word Coverted to Adobe

I have a Word document that is used for merging data from excel. Sometimes
there are several Word documents that are created. Is there a way to add a
tag or special identifier to the "master document" that will let Adobe know
that I want a signature field placed in a certain location when I convert the
documents to adobe?
 
What I am doing is converting the Word files with the merged data to a PDF
file. We are doing electronic documentation at work and I am trying to
create a "process improvement" that will allow me to speed up the process, so
that I do not have to place signature blocks on every document . I would
like Word and Adobe to this for me.
