Word Count in Outlook 2007

How can I use word count in Outlook 2007? I can't find out how to do it
anywhere. Please Help. Thank You
 
This feature not available in Outlook. Paste the body of your message to Word
and get a word count there
 
It is in there.

When you are replying or composing a message you can click the Spelling drop
down (far right of the ribbon) and its at the bottom of the menu.
