Word as Editor

A new machine came with Office 2003 with a 60 demo period, however, the owner
had a licensed copy of Office 2002 (Home/Student). Rather than buy the newer
version, I installed the older one in Program Files\Office2002. He is
launching Office applications using the 2002 icons so I am assuming Outlook
and Word are of the same version. What else needs to be adjusted for Outlook
to use Word as the editor?

You must uninstall the Outlook you added, uninstall the trial version, then
reinstall the version you want if you want te best change of Office working
with no problems.

Instead, read "if you want the best chance".
