Is it possible to import PDF files into a Word document without losing the
quality of the PDF files. If so, what is the best way of doing so?

Thanks for any help

The *only* way to insert PDF files into Word is to insert as an object.
Objects cannot span pages so only the first page will be shown of a
multi-page document, and no page will be shown if you don't have Acrobat 7
reader installed.

The reason the quality is poor is because all you are seeing is a low
resolution representation of page 1 of the pdf so you can see where to click
the link to open the pdf in acrobat. You should convert the pdfs to .jpg or
..tif graphics if you want to place them as graphics in Word.
