Word 97-envelope printing

I have Word 97 installed with Windows XP
I am unable to print envelopes when selecting a Font or Bar Code.
I have started getting the error message:
"Error Message: This is not a valid measurment"
I am stumped on how to correct this.

Thanks for any suggestions.

Click Newsgroups on the OE toolbar, type "Word" without the quotes into the
search box, find the appropriate Word group and post your question there.
