Word 2k7 Mail merge

We have Office 2k7 on a VMd x86 2k8 terminal server with 2 terminal servers
in the cluster. On one of those servers Mail Merge works fine on the other
Mail Merge using HTML tries to call windows mail instead of Outlook and fails
stating the computer may be out of memory or disk space. plain text and
attachment work fine.

Don't know the answer but I haven't seen any other replies to a similar
recent question either...
a. I believe Word may use different interfaces for text/attachment and
for HTML
b. Word may use CDONTS for HTML merges
c. if so, there may be a permissions problem whereby CDONTS sometimes
uses the logged in user's permissions, and sometimes the TS system's
service account, or some such

As you can see this isn't familiar territory for me but

may result from such a problem and provides a bit of script that might
indicate a difference of some kind when you run it on your two terminals.

thanks Peter forgot to post that we found an answer this morning. It was
contained in http://support.microsoft.com/kb/944290 however wqe didnt follow
their protocol we made direct reg changes and got it up.
