Word 2007 text insert issue

I have a user with a text insert issue. The user is inserting text from a
Word 2003 document using the insert text from file feature. She can insert a
cover page and cover letter with no issues. When she inserts the body of the
letter, the text of the titile is enlarged and the font style is changed. She
has multiple body templates to choose from, but the same thing happens no
matter which one we try. The PC is on a domain...I was able to log on as my
user account and it worked just fine. I do have admin rights, but so does her
account. There are also three other people that do this very same thing and
they have no issues at all. So far, I have deleted the HKCU Word registry key
for her user account and deleted normal.dot, but she still has the issue. Any
help would be appreciated.

When you insert a file, and the source (inserted) text is using the same
paragraph styles as the target, the formatting will adjust to match the
formatting of the target document; this is by design. What you can do is
modify the style(s) after you have inserted the document. Alternatively, if
the styles involved all are based on the Normal style, you could try
modifying the Normal style of the target document.
