In prior editions, right clicking on the new page icon listed the last nine
documents you worked on. I read somewhere that in Word 2007 you can see up
to 14 or 17. I've gone through the entire list of all commands and have not
found anything that describes this function. I want to add it to the ribbon.
Anyone have any ideas? Thanks for your help.

Click the Office button (Round Microsoft Office button in upper left hand
corner). Click the Word Options button. Then select the Advanced tab. Scroll
until you locate the Display section. It is the first option in that
section.

Once you start getting recent documents in your list (Under Office button)
you can pin them to the list. The pinned ones will not migrate off the list.

Thank you very much. Next time, I want to be in the beta group when Office
gets changed.
